Structural Characteristics

The gaps are filled with thermally conductive and insulating magnesium oxide powder. Both ends are sealed with silicone or ceramic to ensure electrical insulation and mechanical strength.
Application Scenarios
Primarily used for heating liquids or air, including mold heating, food processing, chemical equipment, air conditioning air curtains, and other fields. The annular design allows for even heat distribution, making it suitable for scenarios requiring 360-degree heating.
Material Selection
Common materials include 304 and 316 stainless steel (with stronger corrosion resistance) and 303 stainless steel (for high smoothness requirements). It must be matched with non-corrosive media, avoiding prolonged dry firing or contact with flammable materials.
